Date Shake
Soak 5 fresh medjool dates in a glass of warm water overnight. Next day liquefy this mixture in a blender and drink. Gives energy and vitality

Almond Milk
¼ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ground almonds
1 cup milk
¼ cup water

Mix the nuts and spices together. Add this mixture to the milk and water. Heat to boiling point and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until there is 1 cup of liquid remaining. Gives energy and is a good general tonic.
 
Sweet Lassi
Put 1 small carton of organic natural yoghurt together with 3 cartons of cold water into a blender. Add 2 tablespoons of unrefined sugar and 2 drops of rose water and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
Reduces Vata, Pitta & Kapha and kindles Agni. Do not drink in the evening.
